Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Business Development is responsible for supporting the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in sales and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and networking events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries professionally.
- Contribute to achieving departmental and company revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales is an advantage.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
