Amazon Support Executive

Mezan Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Amazon Support Personnel - Lahore to manage and grow its Amazon portfolio, with a strong focus on commodities-based products. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end Amazon operations for FMCG or commodities businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account for Mezan’s commodities portfolio.
• Oversee product listings, content optimization (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords), and A+ content.
• Plan and execute pricing strategies, promotions, and deals in line with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenishment planning, and coordination with supply chain to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Analyze sales performance, advertising metrics, and profitability, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive visibility, traffic, and sales while optimizing ROAS.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and promptly resolve account, listing, or operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, supply chain, finance, and marketing) to align Amazon strategy with overall business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing Amazon accounts, preferably in commodities, FMCG, or food-related categories.
• Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO, PPC, and promotional tools.
• Experience in handling high-volume SKUs and price-sensitive products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
