About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Manager to lead and grow our e‑commerce platforms. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage Amazon, eBay, and WordPress/WooCommerce stores, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & optimize online stores across Amazon, eBay, and WordPress/WooCommerce
• Create and manage product listings with accurate pricing, SEO‑friendly descriptions, and inventory control
• Boost local and global sales through digital marketing, promotions, and customer engagement
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure high‑quality service
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall performance
• Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring daily targets are met and performance continuously improves
• Provide reporting and insights to management for strategic decision‑making

Requirements:

• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and WordPress/WooCommerce
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, SEO, and sales strategies
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets

Education:

• BBA required; MBA preferred in Business Administration

Experience:

• 4–5 years of proven success in online sales management
