Assistant Manager Sales Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Sales Operations to manage sales processes, reporting, forecasting, CRM governance, and cross-functional coordination to improve sales efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor claim handling and reconciliation
• Expense claim handling and verification
• Ensure compliance with Sales SOPs and internal policies
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
• Advanced Excel usage and sales reporting
• Optimize sales processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Monitor sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
• Lead sales forecasting and demand planning with the Production team
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred)
• 3–5+ years of Sales Operations experience (Cosmetics/FMCG preferred)
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
