Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to start a career in e-commerce, digital retail, and online marketplaces. The candidate will assist in managing product listings, order processing, and daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Daraz, Shopify, Walmart, or similar.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized
• Assist in order processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics partners
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
• Support basic customer inquiries and order-related issues
• Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns
• Conduct basic competitor and market research
• Prepare simple reports on sales, listings, and performance
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for product visuals and content

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Commerce, or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Daraz, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email handling)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of SEO or product listing optimization
• Familiarity with digital marketing or online sales
• Internship or academic project related to e-commerce
