SEO & Digital Marketing Officer / Website Operations Officer

We are looking for a results-driven SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist to improve our website’s visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic through effective optimization strategies.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking)
  • Optimize product pages, category pages, and landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research for tire products, local SEO, and service pages
  • Implement technical SEO basics (site speed, indexing, schema, mobile optimization)
  • Manage Google Search Console & Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly SEO reports
  • Work on local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, reviews, local keywords)

Website Management & Online Orders (NA Tires Hub)

  • Manage website admin panel
  • Monitor and process online tire orders, order statuses, cancellations, and refunds
  • Coordinate with shipping partners (FedEx / UPS) and upload tracking details
  • Ensure product listings (tire size, brand, pricing, images, descriptions) are accurate and updated
  • Regularly check website speed, uptime, and user experience
  • Fix basic website issues or coordinate with developers when required

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display)
  • Optimize ad headlines, descriptions, keywords, and conversion tracking
  • Manage remarketing / retargeting campaigns
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns & seasonal offers
  • Monitor ad spend, ROI, and continuously optimize performance

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage business pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Create and schedule promotional posts, offers, banners, and product highlights
  • Coordinate simple graphic designs & creatives (or work with designers)
  • Develop content ideas related to tires, car care, offers, and services
  • Respond to customer messages and inquiries (or coordinate with support team)

E-Commerce Optimization

  • Improve conversion rate (product descriptions, CTAs, checkout flow)
  • Optimize abandoned cart recovery
  • Manage discount codes, coupons, and promotions
  • Ensure proper tax, shipping, and payment gateway settings
  • Analyze customer behavior and buying trends

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports

o Website traffic

o Sales & conversions

o SEO rankings

o Paid ads performance

  • Share actionable insights and improvement recommendations
  • Track competitors and market trends in the tire & automotive industry

Coordination & Compliance

  • Work closely with management on marketing strategy
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, vendors, and logistics teams
  • Ensure compliance with Google policies, ad guidelines, and data privacy
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for marketing processes

Qualification: BS in Information Technology (BS IT) or a related field
