Digital Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Lead digital content creation — including videos, reels, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital tools.
  • Ensure timely content delivery for project launches, site progress updates, and events.
  • Manage website updates, digital assets, and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Coordinate digital lead generation efforts with CRM and Sales departments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Prepare and share weekly performance reports with the Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in digital media, campaign management, and performance marketing.
  • Strong command of social media algorithms, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional creativity, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
