Customer Support Executive – E-commerce

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for our e-commerce brand. The main responsibilities include order confirmation calls, handling customer queries, and managing returns.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm customer orders via call or WhatsApp
  • Handle return and exchange requests
  • Update order status
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics when needed

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Urdu required)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, Browsing, WhatsApp)
  • Prior e-commerce or call handling experience preferred
  • Responsible and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
