We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Sales Support Representative with a strong British accent to join our growing team and support our international client base.

Position Overview
As a Customer Sales Support Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for international clients, assisting them with inquiries, guiding them through service options, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and skilled at providing excellent customer experiences while supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Communicate confidently with clients using a clear and fluent British accent.
  • Understand customer requirements and assist them in choosing the appropriate writing service packages.
  • Support the sales team by converting leads into sales.
  • Explain service features, pricing, timelines, and order processes clearly.
  • Assist customers throughout order placement and ensure accurate processing.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle objections, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Gather client feedback to improve services and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in customer support, sales support, or call center roles.
  • Strong British or neutral international accent.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and order management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
