E-commerce Specialist & Operations Coordinator (Video Editing & Sales)

We are looking for an active and flexible E-commerce Specialist in Lahore to manage our online stores on international platforms. This role is for someone who is comfortable with technology, knows how to use eBay and Vinted, and can do basic video editing.

Main Duties:

• Product Listings: Upload and manage products on eBay, Vinted, and thrift websites. This includes taking or uploading photos and writing simple product descriptions.
• Content Creation: Edit and post promotional videos using AnyDesk to keep our social media active.
• Sales & Customers: Find new customers (wholesale and retail), reply to messages, and keep customer and lead records updated.
• Daily Operations: Update sales sheets, match sales with SumUp, print shipping labels, and manage order processing.
• Reporting: Make sure all sheets are updated daily and work is completed on time.

Requirements:

• Experience using eBay, Vinted, or thrift platforms
• Basic video editing skills and knowledge of AnyDesk
• Good communication skills for talking with customers
• Ability to use Google Sheets or Excel and match sales records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
