Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Amazon E-commerce Store Expert to manage, optimize, and grow our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central, a deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, and a proven track record of increasing sales and improving brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management
- Set up, manage, and optimise Amazon Seller Central/Marketplace accounts.
- Manage inventory levels and monitor restocking needs to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Handle Amazon FBA and/or FBM processes, including returns and customer service.
- Listing Optimization
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images).
- Implement A+ Content and brand-enhancing elements (Enhanced Brand Content).
- Conduct competitor analysis to refine pricing and product positioning strategies.
- SEO and PPC Campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and integrate high-ranking keywords into listings.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor advertising performance and create detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, impressions, and sales velocity.
- Identify and resolve issues related to account health, suppressed listings, and policy violations.
- Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including coupons, deals, and seasonal offers.
- Use Amazon Brand Analytics and external tools for advanced insights and marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback promptly.
- Develop strategies to improve the overall customer experience and ratings.
Product Sourcing
- Conduct product sourcing and research to identify high-demand, profitable items for Amazon Marketplace.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure product quality for Amazon listings.Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central/Marketplace accounts.
- Proficient in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for product research and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC and ad campaign optimization.
- Excellent understanding of Amazon’s A9 algorithm and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes, logistics, and compliance policies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools.
