About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon & Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketplace operations, listing optimization, advertising, and performance analysis to drive sales growth and maintain strong account health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and eBay seller accounts.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for each marketplace.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Manage inventory levels, forecasts, and coordinate replenishments to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries professionally.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track competitors, pricing trends, and marketplace updates to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to improve product visibility and sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist / Marketplace Manager or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Shop Manager, Walmart Seller Center, and eBay Seller Hub.
  • Experience with listing optimization, A+ content, and storefront management (Amazon).
  • Solid understanding of PPC advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with international marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA, AU).
  • Knowledge of FBA, FBM, WFS, and third-party fulfillment models.
  • Experience with pricing tools, inventory management software, and automation tools.

Understanding of brand registry, IP protection, and listing suppression recovery.
