Email Marketing & AI Outreach Specialist (Cold Email / Smartlead)

Job Overview

We are a fast‑growing software house and IT services company running multiple B2B outbound email campaigns for software, AI, and automation services. We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & AI Outreach Specialist who can independently manage cold email campaigns, write high‑converting email copy, and leverage AI tools to drive consistent replies and qualified leads.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role ideal for professionals with strong cold email, Smartlead, and B2B outreach experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaign Management

• Create, manage, and optimize multiple outbound email campaigns (4+ concurrently) using Smartlead
• Upload and manage lead lists, inboxes, warm‑up settings, and sending schedules
• Monitor campaign health, deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates
• Pause, scale, or iterate campaigns based on performance data

Cold Email Copywriting

• Write high‑converting cold emails for:
• Software development services
• Web & mobile applications
• ERP solutions
• AI and automation services
• Craft compelling subject lines, email bodies, and follow‑up sequences
• Customize messaging for different industries, ICPs, and buyer personas

AI‑Focused Outreach & Personalization

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to generate, refine, and personalize email content
• Write AI service pitch emails (AI chatbots, automation, AI‑powered software)
• Personalize emails using lead data (company, role, industry, pain points)

Optimization & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, reply rate, spam risk)
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and CTAs
• Improve email deliverability and inbox placement
• Share weekly performance reports and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or cold email outreach (software / IT services preferred)
• Hands‑on experience with Smartlead (or tools like Instantly, Lemlist)
• Strong English writing and copywriting skills
• Proven ability to write cold emails that generate replies
• Understanding of B2B software services, SaaS, and AI offerings
• Basic knowledge of email deliverability best practices
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience writing outreach for AI services, automation, SaaS, or software houses
• Familiarity with lead scraping and enrichment tools
• Understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, and B2B funnels
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign scaling
