About the Role:
Our client a digital marketing agency in US are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented LinkedIn Newsletter Marketing Specialist to manage the creation, setup, and distribution of engaging newsletters across LinkedIn and targeted email lists. This role is perfect for someone with experience in LinkedIn publishing and email marketing who can take a defined strategy and run with it.

Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Newsletter Creation & Management

• Set up LinkedIn Newsletters for eligible company pages or group admins.
• Draft and publish content using LinkedIn’s article editor with images, links, and strong CTAs.
• Curate and organize the most relevant content to be featured in each newsletter.
• Ensure optimal timing and frequency (weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on strategy).
• Collaborate with internal teams or clients to gather key insights or updates for inclusion.
• Promote newsletter subscriptions across LinkedIn posts, employee networks, and signatures.

Email Blasts to Targeted Lists

• Work with provided targeted email lists to distribute newsletter content to non-LinkedIn audiences.
• Create and send sponsored content or digest-style email blasts using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Customize messaging for different audience segments to increase engagement and click-through rates.

Ongoing Strategy Execution

• Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Maintain consistency in branding and voice across all content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn Newsletters or similar content publishing tools.
• Comfortable with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for engaging content and clear calls-to-action.
• Ability to follow a content strategy while also providing insights for improvement.
• Highly organized and able to manage recurring content across multiple client accounts.
