Job Overview
Brand Surge is a results-driven digital marketing agency providing services to international clients. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can generate qualified leads through strategic LinkedIn outreach and support our business growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in B2B lead generation, and the ability to engage decision-makers across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads for Brand Surge’s services.
  • Identify, research, and target relevant prospects, decision-makers, and businesses.
  • Create and personalize connection requests and follow-up messages to maximize response rates.
  • Manage multiple LinkedIn outreach campaigns simultaneously for different services (SEO, PPC, Customize Development, etc.).
  • Maintain and update lead data, outreach status, and responses in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Monitor outreach performance, reply rates, and lead quality, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices, platform limits, and outreach compliance guidelines.
  • Ensure professional and brand-aligned communication with all prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B sales (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to personalize messages effectively.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, customize web development, social media marketing, etc.
  • Experience working with international clients and global markets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
