E-commerce Operations Specialist / Customer Support

We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented E-commerce All-Rounder to join our growing team. This is not just a support role; you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process. You will manage the journey of an order from the moment it’s placed until it reaches the customer’s doorstep, ensuring every step is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Handle outbound order confirmation calls to verify details and minimize RTO (Return to Origin) rates.
• Logistics Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with shipping partners; provide "Shipper Advice," track delayed parcels, and resolve delivery issues.
• Omnichannel Support: Resolve customer queries and complaints via WhatsApp, Social Media, and Phone calls with professionalism.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily order flows and identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment process.
• Brand Advocacy: Maintain a high standard of service to ensure repeat business and positive reviews.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or senior customer support is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Urdu & English).
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with courier portals (Leopard, Postex, M&P, etc.) and Shopify/e-commerce dashboards.
• Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle pressure during peak sale seasons.
• Leadership Potential: A proactive "owner" mindset—we are looking for someone who can eventually lead a team.
