Job Description — Product Finder / Product Lister (Odoo)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Finder & Lister who can search, collect, and upload accurate product information into Odoo.

You do not have to manage pricing, inventory, images, SEO, or marketplace operations — your only responsibility is to find products and upload correct data into Odoo.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify products based on given categories, instructions, or reference websites.
• Collect product details such as:
• Product Name
• Short & Long Description
• Specifications / Features
• Images (clean, high quality)
• Variants / Colors / Sizes (if applicable)
• Brand Name
• SKU / Basic identifiers (if provided)
• Upload all product information into Odoo’s Product module accurately.
• Maintain clean formatting and proper categorization inside Odoo.
• Ensure no duplicate listings.
• Follow the checklist and guidelines provided by the Merantia team.
• Verify that each uploaded product has complete and correct data.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of E-Commerce.
• Hands-on experience (or quick learner) with Odoo Product Module.
• Ability to research products online using brand websites, competitors, and reference links.
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is the main requirement.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly upload targets.
• Basic knowledge of product categories, SKUs, variants, and e-commerce terminology.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Shopify, Woo-commerce, Daraz, Amazon, or any e-commerce platform.
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with image handling (resizing/cropping).
