We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our brand&rsquo;s online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, marketplace handling, post designing, and video editing.You will be responsible for growing our online reach, creating engaging content, managing marketplace listings, running campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.</li><li>Manage pages, respond to comments/messages, and maintain strong audience engagement.</li><li>Monitor trends and create content strategies that increase brand visibility and sales.</li><li>Run paid ad campaigns (basic understanding preferred).</li></ul>Marketplace Management<ul><li>Create, update, and optimize product listings on marketplaces (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Daraz, etc.).</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely order processing.</li><li>Track marketplace performance and improve product visibility.</li></ul>Post Designing &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Design high-quality social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and ads.</li><li>Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and modern visual trends.</li><li>Write creative captions and content that attract engagement.</li></ul>Video Editing<ul><li>Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form content when needed.</li><li>Add transitions, captions, music, and effects to make videos engaging.</li><li>Create product showcase videos, promo videos, and behind-the-scenes content.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and trending content formats.</li><li>Good understanding of online marketplaces.</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in e-commerce marketing</li><li>Knowledge of ad campaigns</li><li>Basic photography/videography</li><li>Strong copywriting skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
