Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Support Executive to assist our recruitment team with back-office operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate data management, and timely communication with candidates and recruiters.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Support

  • Update candidate and companies status in tracking sheets
  • Edit and format CVs professionally
  • Upload candidate documents to Google Drive
  • Attach profile links and documents to the main tracking sheet
  • Stay connected with recruiters and provide regular status updates
  • Perform specific tasks for candidates (follow-ups, document collection, etc.)

Communication Tasks

  • Send emails to candidates and clients
  • Write and edit email templates
  • Send SMS and WhatsApp messages to candidates
  • Follow up on interview schedules and responses
  • Maintain communication logs

Data Management & Research

  • Extract data from Google Maps and other online sources
  • Build and maintain candidate/company data lists
  • Update spreadsheets accurately
  • Maintain organized database records

Job Posting & Marketing Support

  • Create job posts using Canva
  • Post and share job openings on Facebook and other platforms
  • Post jobs on Indeed and other job portals
  • Ensure job posts are clear, accurate, and properly formatted

General Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain organized digital files
  • Support recruiters with day-to-day back-office tasks
  • Complete any other duties assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Experience with Google Sheets & Google Drive
  • Basic Canva knowledge
  • Familiarity with Indeed and Facebook job posting
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR support
  • Basic understanding of CRM
