Customer Service representative

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound communication with USA-based packaging clients

Prepare and share quotations in coordination with production and costing teams

Guide clients with suitable packaging solutions based on their needs and budget

Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution

Follow up on approvals, samples, production status, and deliveries

Maintain long-term relationships with recurring USA clients

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally

Maintain proper CRM records, client data, and sales reports

Ensure compliance with international quality and packaging standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in packaging sales, CSR, or international client handling

Strong spoken and written English communication skills

Ability to work in night shift aligned with USA time zones

Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset with sales orientation
