The ideal candidate should be analytically strong, data-driven, and eager to learn end-to-end value chain operations with a focus on data crunching, mining, and analysis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.</li><li>Perform data crunching and mining to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the value chain.</li><li>Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and insights to support management decision-making.</li><li>Assist in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cost analysis</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support value chain optimization initiatives.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong command over data analysis, data mining, and quantitative analysis</li><li>Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI / Tableau, and basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills</li><li>Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>High learning agility and result-oriented mindset</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline</li><li>6 months &ndash; 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
