Digital Business Lead

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong electrical engineering background and proven sales experience to support our growth across government and private sectors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in Electrical, Power Systems, Energy, and IT sectors.</li><li>Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents and prepare technical and commercial proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams to develop competitive solutions aligned with client requirements.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.</li><li>Maintain sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and achieve assigned revenue targets.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of bids, proposals, and tender documentation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Tendering, or Proposal Management.</li><li>Strong understanding of Electrical Power Systems, Energy Solutions, Industrial Electrical Systems, or IT Infrastructure solutions.</li><li>Experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) and B2B sales.</li><li>Knowledge of RFQ, RFP, tendering, and procurement processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience working with OEMs and technology partners.</li><li>Proven record of achieving sales targets and winning projects.</li><li>Experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, data centers, renewable energy, or industrial automation projects.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
