Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong electrical engineering background and proven sales experience to support our growth across government and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Electrical, Power Systems, Energy, and IT sectors.
- Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams to develop competitive solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of bids, proposals, and tender documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Tendering, or Proposal Management.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Power Systems, Energy Solutions, Industrial Electrical Systems, or IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) and B2B sales.
- Knowledge of RFQ, RFP, tendering, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with OEMs and technology partners.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and winning projects.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure, power distribution, data centers, renewable energy, or industrial automation projects.
