Digital Business Lead

Own the end-to-end delivery and performance of assigned product categories, ensuring seamless coordination across suppliers, inventory, online channels, order fulfillment, customer support, and business growth initiatives. This hands-on role requires balancing operational excellence with customer success and business performance while driving continuous improvements across the digital business.

Ideal candidate(s) should have:

• 4–8 years of experience
• Background in eCommerce, digital retail, marketplaces, operations, supply chain, customer success, category management, or business operations
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and taking ownership of outcomes

Fixed monthly salary along with quarterly variable compensation.

You will get a choice to work in either UK or US shift.
