To strengthen our revenue cycle and compliance framework, we are seeking a Billing Operations Manager who combines hands-on billing expertise with supervisory leadership.

Role Overview

The Billing Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of billing, collections, and credentialing for multi-specialty services. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and day-to-day execution, ensuring accurate claim processing, timely reimbursements, and compliance with payer regulations. The manager will also lead a team of billing professionals, providing mentorship and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue cycle management: Oversee billing workflows for urgent care, primary care, CCM, and behavioral health services.
• Credentialing management: Handle provider enrollment, payer credentialing, and insurance compliance.
• Hands-on billing: Actively engage in claim submission, denial management, and payer follow-up.
• Accounts receivable management: Monitor AR aging, ensure timely collections, and minimize outstanding balances.
• Insurance communication: Serve as the primary liaison with insurance companies, resolving claim issues and negotiating reimbursements.
• Supervisory leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate billing staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Compliance oversight: Maintain adherence to federal, provincial, and payer regulations.
• Workflow optimization: Implement best practices to reduce denials and improve reimbursement timelines.
• Reporting & analytics: Prepare financial and operational reports for executive leadership.
• Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to align billing operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of billing management experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong expertise with CureMD EMR system.
• Track record in CCM and behavioral health billing.
• Experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

• Have you supervised a billing team in a healthcare setting for 5 or more years?
