About Cyber System

Cyber System Private Limited is a growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company offering end-to-end medical billing solutions. We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to lead operations and improve revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RCM operations including claims, charge entry, payment posting, denial management, appeals, and AR follow-up.
• Manage billing teams, departments, and client accounts.
• Improve collections, cash flow, and compliance with HIPAA, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and payer rules.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, turnaround time, and SLAs.
• Mentor team leads and resolve client escalations.
• Review reports and implement process improvements.

Healthcare Practice Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Mental Health, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Home Health, Hospice, and DME.

Required Expertise

RCM, medical/lab/dental/physician/DME billing, claims submission, payment posting, AR, denial management, appeals, insurance verification, prior authorization, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, HIPAA, team leadership, and KPI analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of US healthcare billing/RCM experience.
• Experience managing teams and client accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication, Excel, and billing software skills.
