Proven experience managing suppliers, inventory planning, logistics, and operational processes.
Proven experience managing supplier relationships in China and overseeing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.
Experience with e-commerce and retail operations.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee sourcing, supplier management, order placement, and procurement processes to ensure timely product availability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and stock planning to optimize inventory turnover and prevent stock disruptions.
Coordinate shipments, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely deliveries.
Track operational KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and service providers to achieve optimal value and service levels.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company standards, product specifications, and operational procedures.
Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
