QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

OWN THE CATEGORY

Take full ownership and accountability for assigned product categories.

Develop and execute category strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market growth.

FIND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Identify new products, market gaps, and expansion opportunities.

DRIVE COMMERCIAL SUCCESS

Develop pricing strategies for the assigned product category to maximize profitability.

Monitor category performance and continuously improve results.

MASTERING PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT

Oversee product selection, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.

Introduce new products and lead category expansion initiatives.

BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS

Negotiate with local and international suppliers for the best commercial terms.

Build long-term relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

COLLABORATE ACROSS TEAMS

Work closely with KAM, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve category goals.

MEASURE WHAT MATTERS

Develop, monitor, and report category KPIs.

Use data-driven insights to support business

WE'RE ESPECIALLY INTERESTED IF YOU HAVE

· Experience in Paper Packaging, Printing, and Converting Industries

· A strong ownership mindset and willingness to be accountable for results

· Experience with ERP, CRM, or category management systems

· Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.

· Proven experience in supplier negotiations and portfolio management.

· Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
