Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of its esteemed clients in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry for the position of Product Manager – Production.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing to oversee product-related production activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence across the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product-related manufacturing activities to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Regulatory Affairs, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support new product introductions, technology transfer, validation, and scale-up activities.
• Investigate production deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure accurate production documentation and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Qualification: Pharm-D or MBA (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, or Orthopedics will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
