Job Summary:

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Production Manager for a leading Optical Fiber Cable Manufacturing company. The candidate will oversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily production activities and ensure timely output

* Monitor product quality and manufacturing processes

* Supervise production staff and optimize workflow

* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

* Prepare and maintain production reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a relevant field

* Minimum 3 years of relevant production experience

* Strong knowledge of Optical Fiber Cable Manufacturing is mandatory

* Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills

* Male candidates preferred
