Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage housing and mortgage finance products.
• Define product features, pricing structures, eligibility criteria, and financing limits.
• Develop and maintain product manuals, policy documents, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure product compliance with applicable guidelines.
• Formulate product strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Analyze portfolio performance, including disbursements, growth trends, and portfolio quality indicators.
• Prepare management reports, MIS dashboards, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product launches, training initiatives, marketing collateral, and promotional campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Finance, Mortgage Finance, Product Management, Consumer Finance, or related banking functions.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of housing and mortgage finance products.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and product governance.
