Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern (Recruitment) to support our hiring team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who want hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns
  • Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business, or related field
  • Basic understanding of recruitment & HR processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and grow in HR & recruitment
