HR Intern - Female Only

Job Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily HR operations, including recruitment support, employee records management, and coordination of HR activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities (CV screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups).
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination tasks.
  • Assist in onboarding and exit documentation.
  • Help HR team in preparing letters, reports, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate internal communication related to HR matters.
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel, Word, and basic office tools.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Office Timing: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) with alternate saturdays

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
