HR Intern – Leading to Full-Time Position

Stipend: 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Location: Tajpura Scheme, canal Road Lahore

Internship Duration: 03 Months Leading to Job

Role Descriptions:

We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Intern to join our team in Lahore. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR management, policy development, employee benefits, and personnel management. Outstanding candidates may be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Help manage employee benefits and personnel records.
• Maintain HR documentation and assist in administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Having Command in Google sheets or MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
