This role will oversee the end-to-end ecommerce strategy, ensure a seamless customer experience, and optimize web performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ecommerce platforms, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities1. Platform &amp; Website Management<ul><li>Own and oversee premierhousewares.com (BigCommerce) and orsina.co.uk (Shopify), ensuring optimal functionality, scalability, and uptime.</li><li>Lead UX/UI enhancements, product presentation, and navigation structure to maximize conversions.</li><li>Manage integrations with inventory, logistics, to streamline backend operations.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver engaging creative landing pages.</li></ul>2. Ecommerce Operations &amp; Customer Journey<ul><li>Ensure end-to-end order fulfilment excellence, from checkout to delivery, collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams.</li><li>Develop scalable operational processes for inventory accuracy and returns.</li><li>Implement best practices for site performance optimization, including mobile responsiveness and page load speed.</li></ul>3. Strategy, Growth &amp; Marketing Integration<ul><li>Partner with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.</li><li>Analyse customer behaviour, traffic patterns, and product trends to create actionable insights.</li><li>Execute initiatives to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), average order value (AOV), and customer retention.</li><li>Stay updated on ecommerce trends and propose new tools, technologies, and growth channels.</li></ul>4. Analytics, Reporting &amp; Business Insights<ul><li>Define and monitor KPIs: Website Maintenace, Uptime, New functionalities, Bounce rate and product sell through rate.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable recommendations for leadership.</li><li>Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, BigCommerce reporting) to support data-driven decisions.</li></ul>5. Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>Lead a cross-functional ecommerce team, including developers, content creators, and ecommerce specialists.</li><li>Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and create a collaborative and high-performance culture.</li><li>Work closely with senior management to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business strategy.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Platform Expertise: Shopify (B2C) and BigCommerce (B2B); strong understanding of ecommerce integrations.</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, third-party apps, CMS, and payment/fulfilment systems.</li><li>Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and ecommerce reporting tools.</li><li>Project Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-department coordination.</li><li>Leadership: Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate teams across technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Growth-Oriented: Innovative thinker with a track record of improving ecommerce revenue and operational processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
