We’re Hiring: Administration Manager

Premier Housewares is looking for a strong and authoritative Administration Manager to join our team.

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore
Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager who can maintain office discipline, oversee administrative operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

Preference will be given to retired army officers; however, candidates with relevant corporate administration experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office discipline and ensure a professional work environment
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and facility management
  • Supervise support staff and manage their performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle vendor management and administrative procurement
  • Monitor office maintenance, security, and housekeeping
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative support
  • Manage office assets and ensure proper utilization

Requirements:

  • Age: 40+ preferred
  • Strong authoritative personality with leadership skills
  • Retired Army Officer (preferred)
  • OR prior experience in corporate administration
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage teams and enforce discipline
