Position Summary
The Administration Manager is responsible for leading administration, facilities, procurement, security, transport, asset management, and support services to ensure efficient organizational operations.
Detailed Responsibilities
Administration & Office Operations
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions.
- Develop SOPs and administrative controls.
- Ensure smooth office operations across locations.
Facility Management
- Manage office infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and facility inspections.
Security Management
- Oversee security staff and access controls.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
Fleet & Transport
- Manage vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and drivers.
- Monitor transportation costs and efficiency.
Procurement & Inventory
- Procure office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Maintain inventory records and asset registers.
Vendor Management
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and track expenditures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance & Risk
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support audits and maintain licenses and permits.
Team Leadership
- Manage administration, support, transport, and security teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and training.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with large workforce environments preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Age 30–45 years.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Retired Armed Forces personnel highly preferred.
