Job Summary:The Senior Executive in Human Resources - Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing the operational functions of the HR department. This role plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of HR services to the organization.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Streamline and improve HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee records management.&middot; Ensure the efficient flow of HR operations and minimize bottlenecks.&middot; Ensure HR processes and practices comply with legal requirements.&middot; Generate and submit HR-related reports and documentation as needed.&middot; Oversee HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related software systems.&middot; Collaborate with IT to ensure the HR technology infrastructure is secure and operational.&middot; Provide training and support to HR staff on system usage.&middot; Prepare reports and dashboards for HR and senior management to support decision-making.&middot; Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both physical and electronic.&middot; Ensure records retention policies and practices are followed.&middot; Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.&middot; Communicate policy changes and ensure understanding among employees&middot; Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR operations.&middot; Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salaried and hourly workers.&middot; Conduct regular payroll audits to identify discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.&middot; Calculate leave balances, accruals, and entitlements accurately.&middot; Coordinate with managers and employees to schedule leaves that minimize operational disruptions.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree in HR or related field may be preferred).&middot; Several years of HR experience with a focus on HR operations and process management.&middot; In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.&middot; Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.&middot; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&middot; Excellent organizational and project management abilities.&middot; Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current Salary?</li><li>What is your Expected Salary?</li><li>Can you start on immediate basis?</li><li>Available for Night or Evening Shift?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
