Technical Recruiter (Female)

Role Summary:

A Technical Recruiter with HR Generalist responsibilities to support full-cycle hiring while managing core human resources functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract technical talent and ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (engineering, IT, product, data, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
  • Manage offer preparation, negotiations, and candidate onboarding handoff
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR programs and policies
  • Support performance review cycles and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with benefits administration and coordination with vendors
  • Support employee relations matters and escalate issues as needed
  • Help plan and support employee engagement initiatives and company events

Qualification / Education / Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting and/or HR Generalist roles

· Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, IT, or data professionals

· Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

· Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with ATS and HRIS systems

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in operations or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR ops: 3 years (Preferred)
