Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with line managers
  • Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality and cost efficiency
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities
  • Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and orientation programs
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS / HR software (preferred)
