Salary & Benefits

Salary: PKR 80000-130,000 per month (based on experience)
+ Commission and Bonus

Growth Opportunity: Salary can increase up to PKR 150,000 within the first year based on performance, discipline, and work ethic

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Business opportunities by calls to potential clients and candidates for UK recruitment campaigns
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess suitability
• Present job opportunities and persuade candidates to apply or onboard
• Handle objections confidently and close recruitment deals
• Maintain accurate call logs, candidate pipelines, and performance records
• Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to improve conversion rates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Cold Caller or Outbound Sales Agent
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confidence
• Strong listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work on-site in Lahore
• Experience in UK based or international campaigns is a strong plus
