HR/Admin Associate

Position Summary:

The HR & Admin Associate plays a vital role in supporting the HR function with administrative duties and ensuring organizational compliance. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in HR & admin and well-versed in managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and coordinating regulatory audits reporting and admin tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support in HR and day-to-day operations
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of staff, including credentialing and background checks
  • Help coordinate training programs related to compliance, workplace safety, and HR best practices
  • Support and assist in maintaining documentation
  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Prepare reports for audits, inspections, and internal reviews

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

This is a Lahore-based position offering a competitive salary package.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
