The role focuses on handling client inquiries, resolving billing-related issues, and providing accurate support to healthcare providers and patients. The ideal candidate has basic experience in customer support, good communication skills, and a clear understanding of medical billing processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries related to medical billing</li><li>Respond to patient and client questions about invoices, claims, payments, and account status</li><li>Coordinate with internal billing and AR teams to resolve issues efficiently</li><li>Document all interactions accurately in the system</li><li>Follow HIPAA and company data security guidelines at all times</li><li>Meet quality, accuracy, and response-time targets</li><li>Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in medical billing or healthcare</li><li>Basic understanding of medical billing terms such as claims, EOBs, denials, and payments</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to work independently during night shifts</li><li>Good listening and problem-solving skills</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or billing systems</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with US healthcare clients</li><li>Prior experience in a BPO or medical billing company</li><li>Comfortable handling calls and written communication</li></ul>Work Conditions<ul><li>Night shift role</li><li>Office-based or remote, depending on company policy</li><li>Full-time position</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable working night shifts, this role is a good opportunity to grow in the medical billing industry.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
