HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Billing Recruiter to join our team. The Medical Billing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified medical billing and coding professionals to support our healthcare operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring we attract skilled talent who understand revenue cycle management, insurance processes, and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of the medical billing industry, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical billing, coding, AR calling, payment posting, and related healthcare roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes to assess relevant experience in medical billing, ICD/CPT coding, insurance claims processing, and denial management.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate skills, communication ability, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with operations or billing managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring pipeline status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry hiring standards.
  • Support employer branding and employee referral initiatives within the medical billing domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
