Patient Scheduler

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly professional Patient Scheduler to join our growing medical billing team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and prior experience in patient scheduling within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and billing teams
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling systems
• Ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Patient Scheduler (Healthcare/Medical Billing environment preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
