Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and responsible patient calling representative to contact patients, schedule appointments, provide basic information, and ensure a smooth communication experience. This role is suitable for freshers who have good communication skills and are comfortable speaking on the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Receive inbound calls and assist patients with basic queries
- Confirm appointments and send reminders
- Collect and update patient information in the system
- Maintain accurate call records and reports
- Provide clear and polite communication at all times
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum qualification: High School / Graduate (any stream)
- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Comfortable working on phone calls
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a PLUS
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a PLUS
Timings
- 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Summers)
- 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Winters)
