Appointment Setter / Sales Coordinator (Remote)

Remote Position

Magnolia Granite is a fast growing countertop and stone fabrication company specializing in quartz, granite, and marble countertops for kitchens, bathrooms, and custom projects. We work with homeowners, builders, and remodeling contractors to deliver high quality stone surfaces and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Coordinator who is great on the phone, organized with CRM systems, and comfortable engaging with potential customers online.

This person will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, helping homeowners take the next step toward their remodeling project by scheduling consultations, answering questions, and ensuring every lead receives professional follow up.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport quickly, and helping convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.

What You Will Do

  • Answer and manage incoming sales calls from potential customers
  • Respond to website inquiries, CRM leads, and social media messages
  • Qualify homeowners interested in countertops or remodeling projects
  • Schedule showroom visits or in home consultations for the sales team
  • Follow up with leads who requested quotes or additional information
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates inside the CRM
  • Engage with customers through Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
  • Ensure every lead receives timely communication and professional service

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing leads
  • Experience responding to social media messages and inquiries
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Reliable high speed internet connection
  • Power backup system in case of outages
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations at once

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in kitchen remodeling, countertops, cabinets, flooring, or home improvement sales
  • Appointment setting or inside sales experience
  • Customer service or sales roles handling inbound leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
