Sales Trainee

We’re hiring: Fresh BSCS Graduates — Sales Trainee

Design District is looking for energetic BSc Computer Science students and fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to launch their careers. If you have strong communication skills, any call center experience, and a positive, coachable attitude, we want to hear from you.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13d-1 — Onsite
Shift: Night

What you’ll do

• Make outbound and inbound calls to engage potential customers.
• Qualify leads and hand off opportunities to the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on prospects.
• Learn sales techniques through structured training and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve outreach.

Who we’re looking for

• Education: BSCS students or fresh graduates.
• Experience: Call center or customer‑facing experience preferred is plus.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; active listening; professional phone etiquette.
• Attributes: Fast learner, target‑driven, coachable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
