Business Executive

· Maintaining financial records.

· Handling accounts payable and receivable.

· Preparation & checking invoices.

· Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.

· Handling queries related to accounts.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.

· Handling Phone calls

· Ability to multitask

· Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary

· Managing record of Customer Complaints

· Distribution of Customer Complaints

· Perform data entry and filing tasks

· Manage inventory of office supplies

· Perform other clerical tasks as needed

· Management of files

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organized with great time-management skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
