Inbound Customer Support Representative

Location: 6th Road, Near Allama Iqbal Park, Rawalpindi
Timings: Day, Evening and Night Shift (Apply only when you're comfortable in working any of the above shifts)
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 (40,000 after probation)

Kaizen Global is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inbound customer queries through phone calls and live chat for our in-house project. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: FA / FSC
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
